The villa, surrounded by 12 hectares of fields including 8 devoted to an organic olive grove, and a large garden, offers for a minimum stay of 4 days (7 days in summer), on the ground floor: a large living room and dining room overlooking a large open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a library room that can serve as a bedroom, and a large terrace on the ground garden. On the first floor: a small cinema room (seating 8 to 10 people), 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a living room that can serve as a bedroom and a small mezzanine. The villa is ideal for a stay of 1 to 26 people.
The swimming pool (open from April to October) and the tennis court are for exclusive use.
A person, very discreet and pleasant, occupies an independent apartment, and makes sure that the swimming pool and the garden are properly maintained by the technician, while maintaining all the "privacy" of the clients of the villa. From November to end March, the house is proposed here under the reference 8755600 (a small section of the villa being not marketed during these months).

Great stay in the Italian countryside with friends
We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend.

Family vacation.
Before arriving in Fano we had freqent contact with Nikolaj who was very helpful with information about what to do in Fano and the surroundings. The house was perfect for our family of 18 people. A lot of time was spent by the pool and the kids loved it! A modern kitchen made it easy to cook dinner. Lirim who is the janitor and lives in the house is very helpful when you need him. Overall a perfect week in Fano.

Lovely stay for the whole family
We stayed at the villa for a week, a family of 21. Everyone enjoyed the time there as there was a plenty of room for everyone and a lot of amentities for the kids. The pool was clean and nice and a great place to hang out. Nik and his team get a 5 star rating. Very responsive and ready to answer all our questions. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Fano!
We were a group of 4 families. 8 adults and many mor kids!! We all enjoyed our time at the villa very much. The kids and adults all enjoyed the tennis, basketball, ping pong and pool! The layout of the villa is terrific. Room for everyone. Nik and his Team though really set this property apart from any other we’ve stayed. They are supper attentive and answer any questions immediately. We made requests for wine tasting, truffle hunting and even about adopting a dog and Nik made amazing recommendations! Anything we needed he and his team were on it! We couldn’t recommend staying here more! Thank you Nik and team!!

We booked this property for 15 adults of varying ages and 3 children. There was plenty of room for us all. The swimming pool was cleaned every day and although not heated, we enjoyed using it daily. It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach and nearest supermarket. The Owner of the house messaged with details needed and other info he though that would be helpful. His communication was really good. Lirim came everyday to clean the pool and remove rubbish and again he was very friendly and helpful. We hired Marisa to teach us how to make pasta, which is worth doing and also to cook us a 3 course meal...again excellent and worth doing. I would recommend this house..it is definitely 5*

Myself and my friends absolutely loved our stay. The villa was lovely with a beautiful outdoor area. Fano, the town, was also great and in walking distance from the villa. Marco was discreet and very charming along with Lirim who helped us with anything we needed. So glad we chose this villa and hope to be back! Stunning property with the most helpful host!
The stay at this stunning villa was absolutely wonderful. To begin with the location (although a slight walk from Fano town - 20/30minutes) was beautiful. The surrounding area of rolling hills and orchards created a lovely scenery. The villa itself came very well prepared for the number of guests (22) that we had - which is not an easy feat! Anything that was missing or needed at any point was kindly organised by Lirim, an extremely helpful man who also tidied the swimming pool area every day. Furthermore, Nik ensured that our trip went totally smoothly and was very easily reachable at any time for advice and guidance. I could not recommend this villa and host more. Thank you Nik!
