A homeless person living near bushes. And hanging out in gazebo. Made me uncomfortable walking alone.

Only one laundry working, electric blackout or shorted the breakers in l at 10pm. Not cool. I went to sleep, wife didn't know how to fix it. Next day, I saw the breaker flashing, reset it, the lights came back but the entire kitchen was still out. Lucky the fridge started could until we left.

Very nice property. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were clean with lots of storage. I appreciated the full kitchen and it's nice to know for a longer stay, I would stay here again for that reason and also for how close to the beach it is. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a huge alligator 🐊 near the pond next to hotel. The dogs were barking in rooms around us. Could use an update, but not bad.

Was very pleased with the friendly staff and accomodations. I personally do not have a pet but my daughter does so it was nice to find out that pet friendly is also a plus

Great location for visiting the Charleston area. The room was as advertised and the beds were comfortable. Good areas outside to walk and even play with your dog.

Overall the property was great. The heater on the pool was broken so the pool was very cold. In the summer it might be fine, but not in March during spring break.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast —— there was nothing on the shelves on the first morning. Second morning breakfast was hard and overdone. Didn’t even go to breakfast the third day. Someone pulled the fire alarm at midnight and 2 am one of the nights we stayed.

Friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location. But bathrooms could use some updating. Hot water availability was hit or miss both morning and evenings. The breakfast offerings were very mediocre.

Subpar for Hilton hotel. Off to a bad start right away when the room had a bad odor. Keys didn't work. Waited for hours for them to be "reset." No blackout curtains which I usually have at Home2 Suites. Toilet seat broken and maintenance had to fix. Dishwasher leaked water all over the floor. Only saving grace was the kind and helpful staff. Won't stay here again. Not a happy Hilton customer this time.

Nicest staff ever! Beautifully appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast. Only quip is our shower did not work, however they quickly remedied the situation.

There was a mix up in the reservation. They had me for a queen room when I had reserved a king. After being assignmed a queen, I had to go back down and show my reseevation in order to get the King. However, Cassandra was very duligent and had it taken care of immediarely
