"Stay is in a quiet neighborhood and there are strict rules to not make any noise throughout the day or night. There aren't many shops around and only one 24hr konbini late at night. The couch was very old and was not at all how it looks in the photos. Nice to have a whole kitchen to use but there is only forks and chopsticks. "The hotel is very well-appointed, modern; everything is done in a thoughtful way. The public bath is clean and well-kept. The buffet breakfast was incredible - huge range with lots of local ingredients and dishes (fried chicken was soooo good). Only downside is that the rooms are tight. We stayed in a triple room and when all our bags and luggage were open, there wasn’t much room to walk. Also, it’s much easier to get to the hotel above ground, then figure out the maze of underground walkways. Two thumbs up!"

"The Knot is a butique hotel located in the very center of Sapporo. I liked the stay a lot. The location is perfect, just next to the main shopping venus in Sapporo but still not that far from main JR station. It's a very wll maintained hotel that givs you vibes of a small, butique, kind of luxury hotel. I also enjoyed beakfasts a lot with a fantatic curry soup, though the choice of meals is the same everyday. Finally, the room was nice, but quite small and not that fancy, though I msut praise the very comfortable bed. Overall a five star stay for me."

"Great Location ! Close to all city points of interest. Very helpful staff. Tran at the info desk was so helpful and was able to help us translate when we had a problem with our flight changes. All the correspondence that we received about our flight changes were in Japanese, he helped us translate through the ANA website and the staff at the info desk even helped us print a hard copy of our e-tickets! Thank you for our wonderful stay at the facility. We will stay there again, in the future when we visit for the “ Sapporo Snow Festival “ 😀😊"

"Great stay. Room was very tidy and had everything we needed. Central location and the check in procedure was a breeze. Only issue was that the water was turned off when we arrived and it took us a while to figure out how to get it turned on."

"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."
