Same type of room as last time. Kind of spacious room with a lot of convenient amenities like kitchen (basic), laundry possibilities etc. This is great for longer term stays with family and that was why we picked it this time as well. It is a bit outside the city center but the subway connection to Odori is quick so I do not feel that is such a problem. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area (especially to the JR station) so we never felt lacking. Good shopping possibilities for smaller items as well, but not as good as downtown Sapporo. The room had every amenity we could have needed. Emphasis should be made that it checks all the boxes for what you could need during a trip - but that means that although the room compared to other hotels is large it is not spacious. The area offers a lot of services and restaurants so although it is not city-center you definitely do not lack the possibility to do late hour grocery shopping or making errands at 7-Eleven.
