Due to a plumbing issue the booking was cancelled. They knew about the plumbing issue earlier in the day however they confirmed my check in time of 3pm 2 hours earlier at 1pm and then cancelled 1 hr before. "The house and back yard is lovely, plenty of room and in a great location for what we needed. I do recommend a larger bin in the kitchen considering the size of the house and how many people it is capable of holding. The bed and mattress in the main bedroom needs to be upgraded. The bed looks to be on the cheaper side and i was concerned we were going to fall through it, and the mattress is thin and uncomfortable that i left with back pain that actually hurt me to breath. "Very clean and tidy.Communication was lacking. Did not know how to get into room. Did not have code to get keys. Said there was a washing machine and dryer - again poor Communication about where washing machine was and also no dryer available. Ended up needing to go to laundromat which was fine but would have bern good to know prior. Minimal parking but that was clear in the description of the property. "
