This is a self-contained flat located on one side of the property ( share one wall with back house), accessible through Clewitt Street.

Funky corner features a private bathroom, bedroom, lounge room with kitchenette (microwave, bar fridge, sink) Funky corner listing is in the main house at the front the property - entrance at front door of the main house, yellowish weather board house. Pet friendly- $50/ per trip pet fee to cover any extra cleaning due to pet hair and pet smell( disinfectant)

Close to amenities and where we had to go for a music concert at Boondal entertainment centre. Was expecting a whole house not half a duplex, didn’t have washing machine or dryer
