The way the kettle whistles while your feet sink into the carpeted bedroom floor. The sense of finally, space to breathe. Four calming bedrooms, two sleek bathrooms, and open living zones designed for connection — or solitude, if that’s what you’re chasing. Location: • 10 minutes to North Lakes & IKEA (yes, the meatballs) • A short drive to Dohles Rocks for riverfront picnics • 30 mins to Brisbane CBD • Right by the highway if you’re chasing beaches up the coast Inside You’ll Find: • 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds (hotel-quality linen provided) • 2 bathrooms: ensuite off the master + a separate family bathroom • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and snack • Open-plan living & dining. Seperate Media room with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfy couch • Laundry with washer + essentials Outside Features: • Covered patio with dining area • Grassy backyard, fully fenced • BBQ for guest use (see notes below) • Driveway parking Pet-friendly — on request! We’d love to host your furry companions, just let us know a little about them when booking. Other things to note Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard) Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be possible—please message us ahead of time to arrange.
