"We arrived on a rainy coolish afternoon, and were so glad to get into our spacious unit and have a cuppa.
Lots of room, very comfortable bed, and we ordered dinner to eat in. There is a sizeable restaurant too.
We were really happy with our stay, especially not having to go out in the weather for dinner. "
"Although the lodge we stayed in had all the amenities, it was starting to look a little tired. The gas fire was a very welcome feature after a cold and wet hike on the mountain. The Tavern served lovely food, the breakfast choice was good, the staff were very friendly and the surrounding area was stunning. The walks around the hotel were beautiful. An added bonus for us was seeing the local wombats at dusk "
"Great base to explore the National Park, enjoyed our meal (a treat) at the on-site Hell-Yers Restaurant. Very glad we’d booked that in advance! The breakfast hamper worked well for us to be able to cook our own breakfast in the morning, before heading on to our next destination. The accommodation was clean and had all the facilities needed, loved the balcony area for a cup of tea and birdwatching late afternoon "
"We had a very comfortable stay at the Bischoff Hotel. Ensuite room was good, bar was well stocked and meals were great. Would highly recommend. Only downside were the stairs when carrying piles of luggage to the rooms. "
