Great location to the visitor's centre at Cradle Mountain. Easy to drive in and out of the property. One down side is that the walls are slightly thin and the flooring echoes throughout. You can hear loud steps coming from the hallway or the adjoining rooms.

Recently renovated property. Very nice staff. Good access to the Cradle Mountain national park. Only downside was if there were kids running around the corridors it tends to get noisy.

Staff were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious with a lovely big king bed & an awesome shower. Unfortunately the hallway/walkway to access the room from reception/restaurant was noisy underfoot (creaking), so you could hear other guests coming & going. Had a beautiful dinner & a great breakfast.

I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. First it is so close to the cradle mountain visitor center, just 2 mins drive. Second the restaurant offer good breakfast and delicious dinner which exceeds my expectations, especially the hotel is inside the nation park area. Last but not least, the helpful and friendly staff. I would say every penny I spent in this hotel is worth it.
