nice, tidy cabins. parking was easy. the store was well stocked. exterior amenities were good, though some of the camp kitchens and laundries were closed during our stay. saw lots of birds and pademelons around the grounds which was a treat.

Self contained cabin 2 small rooms. Toilet is separate from shower vanity. Only 2 TV channels no wifi at all. Phone had 4G which could not be shared with TV/ staff came to help but also couldn’t connect. I know you don’t go to Cradle to stream or watch TV but after a full day of walk it’s nice to watch something to relax. Cabin had 3 heaters all were needed (September Snow). Aircon was at 30 and hardly any warm. Best heater was the one on wheels.

Stayed in a two bedroom cabin. It was a fabulous accommodation which was very clean and well furnished. Great facilities on-site also. Right next to the cradle mountain visitor centre.

Stunning location, fantastic space around each cabin. The underfloor heating and fireplace made a huge difference and the fact that they were on when we arrived was awesome. We didn’t see or need the staff while we were there so can’t comment on them but likewise we didn’t need them. I would suggest that the cleaners need to invest in some feather dusters to get rid of cobwebs; there was quite a few on our cabin but we loved our stay and will go again.

The property location is very convenient for us to check in after our long day walk in the Cradle Mountain. The check in was easy and the property is very clean. The heating is very good for an end cold autumn day and we thoroughly enjoying our stay. It is spacious enough to accommodate 6 of us and the kitchen is well equipped for us to prepare our dinner. We thoroughly love this property and will book again when we arrange our next trip.

We booked the Deluxe 2 Bedroom Apartment, this is a newer cabin compared to the standard cabin and it was very clean! The place was well healed with a gas fireplace and we enjoyed our time here. Would highly recommend!

We had a modern deluxe 2 bed cabin which was very comfortable and quiet. Excellent location as very near to the visitor centre. There is a small shop at reception for some groceries, drinks etc which is very handy. I found the check in/out staff not overly friendly or welcoming, not sure why.
