Old furnishings and very soft bed springs under a soft but new mattress Room just big enough to fit a queen bed: had to move luggage back to the car after unpacking a few things as there was no room for two to move around. Small bathroom at end of hall. It was clean and the owners seem to be working hard to do what they can with this old place, but still it is it is well below today’s hotel standards and it seems a losing battle. To call it a “backpacker hotel” would be generous.
