1bedroom appartment I great position with balconies and fabulous views. Couldn’t fault the accommodation. Main area was also excellent with breakfast room again with spectacular views overlooking the outside pool area. Pool area also with fabulous views plenty of bathing space. Staff were very efficient when all there. We had 1morning where only 1person on in breakfast room. Not the chef so had difficulty cooking a proper breakfast. Limited to what was a very poor scrambled egg. We were still charged full price. Just lacked some fine detail which luxury places must have to retain and be called 5 star luxury. But this is a very special place and we would still recommend. David & Barbara Room.

The hotel was beautiful with incredible views particularly for sunset. The staff were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

After two previous visits, it was sadly a disappointing stay at La Reserve. It is clear the hotel’s standards have slipped since our first visit in 2024. Our bedroom had scuffed walls, broken picture frames, stains on bedsheets. It is just not the luxury experience we had two years ago. The staff are very friendly, but it is a shame that this hotel, in such a wonderful location, has not maintained the level of quality and attention to detail they had a couple of years ago. Our stay also coincided with major building works directly next door, making relaxing by the pool impossible due to the constant noise. We were fairly offered free breakfast or a larger room to compensate for this, however we refused as we were there to relax, and these factors did not rectify the issue. We were told to contact Expedia so the hotel could issue a partial refund. However after we contacted Expedia, the hotel accepted no responsibility and instead took €30 off a drinks bill. Construction noise can be out of a hotel’s control, however for a boutique hotel that prides itself on luxury they should be in close contact with neighbouring properties. This totally undermined our stay, and when combined with the clear wear and tear of the hotel, it was a very disappointing stay. I emphasise again, the staff were friendly, however hotel management and ownership need to take a look at where they are today vs two years ago. It would be a shame for this once excellent hotel to fall into mediocrity.

Luxury apartment in the heart of Mougins village

Spacious apartment, beautifully decorated, modern but still very comfortable and homely. Great views into the village and across the rooftops.
