"Unbelievable view of the harbour and makes it so convenient to explore the zoo. The staff were friendly and helpful and the exclusive tours were amazing as well"

"Whilst the location is good the property itself isn’t great. The plantation shutters in both rooms were broken which not only looked shabby but also meant light from outside streamed through, especially annoying when the sensor light triggered and lit up the bedroom. Dodgy hot water, couldn’t guarantee you’d have a hot shower. Okay for a short stay but overall disappointing"
