Very nice studio on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a residence sproche of the center (building of left) (exhibition South-East) of a surface of 26 m ² approximately, it includes:  
  
ENTRANCE (separated from the living room by a door): 2 bunk beds 1 person, cupboard-wardrobe, coat rack, tiled floor  
KITCHEN: 2 hotplates, oven-rotissoire, refrigerator, coffee maker + Nespresso Coffe Machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, pressure cooker, cupboards  
DINETTE (with table and 4 chairs), tiled floor  
STAY: new sofa 3 places including very good bed 2 people, dresser, TV, radio, tiled floor, loggia exposed SOUTH / SOUTH-EAST  
SHOWER ROOM with sink, storage, tiled floor  
Separate toilets, tiled floor
