Ideally located in the historic district of old Avoriaz, opposite the Hôtel des Dromonts, this 175 m² chalet offers a high-end mountain experience combining alpine charm and contemporary design. It can accommodate up to 11 guests. With its noble materials, modern architecture, and open views of the surrounding peaks, this property is a unique, warm, and refined retreat.  
Cosy and bright living space  
The 59 m² living area has been designed as a spacious and luminous cocoon. The lounge is arranged around a two-sided central fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere after a day on the slopes. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, professional Nespresso machine, granite island, wine fridge...), connects to the dining area in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Two large terraces facing southeast and southwest offer full immersion in the alpine landscape.  
The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms:  
\- 3 double suites with 160x200 beds, private shower rooms, and WC  
\- 1 children’s bedroom ideal for 5 people with: 1 bunk bed 80x200, 1 trundle bed 80x200, and 2 single beds 80x200, one on a mezzanine  
\- A separate bathroom is also available for relaxing moments.
