Just a few steps from the nearest restaurants and bars, 100 meters away from the Super Morzine lift and literally in the center of town, this 87 sqm duplex apartment features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The generous living space opens onto an outdoor area to enjoy the wonderful surrounding mountain. An underground garage and a ski locker are also at your disposal. This apartment has a high level of finishing, various materials and large openings. The construction material is authentic, using natural aged larch and dressed stones. You could not be closer to nearby conveniences
