You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### L'Eden - Immodreams - Avoriaz

New for 2024, this 4 bedroom apartment is centrally located in Avoriaz while being easily accessible by skis.   
  
Shops, restaurants, supermarket and other activities are at the bottom of the residence.   
  
This newly renovated apartment is conceived for 2 or 3 families with kids and is perfect for 6 adults and 4-5 childs maximum.   
  
It is composed as follow :   
  
\- Entrance with lot's of storage space for ski clothes, washing and drying machine and a shoe dryer for your comfort.   
  
\- On the right you'll find the first suite with a double bed, cupboard and a shower. This room is not equipped with an outdoor window but as got a "oeil de boeuf" window towards the entrance.   
  
\- Independant toilet   
  
\- The large living room has got a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, micro-wave, fridge, dish washer and induction hob. A bar space next to the kitchen will allow you to enjoy the view over the center or towards Hauts-Forts. A large sofa will let you enjoy the view or a flat screen HD TV.   
  
\- From the living you can access the night space with a kids room on the left composed of 2x2 bunk beds.   
  
\- Bathroom   
  
\- Independant toilet   
  
\- Second suite with double bed, shower and storage space.   
  
\- Taking up the stairs will lead you to the last suite with a double bed, cupboard, a shower and an extra single bed on top of the double.   
  
You'll have full access to this rare apartment and it's ski locker.   
  
We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything !   
  
Located on "place central", the apartment is ideally located : the "Village des Enfants", Carrefour supermarket and shops are within 100m from the residence.   
  
Easy ski-in/ski-out.   
  
Beaufiful views over Avoriaz's Hauts-Forts and center. Beautiful lights in the afternoon.   
  
Avoriaz is a 100% ski/pedestrian resort.
