Inviting 35M2 independent chalet at the foot of the Avoriaz ski slopes and 3km from the center of Morzine.
Located 200 meters from the start of the new 3S gondola of Avoriaz, you will stay in an authentic mountain chalet fully equipped for your comfort.

An open bedroom on the mezzanine with double bed, ample storage space and washing machine.

We couldnt recommend this property more. The location at the foot of the prodains cable car was perfect. The chalet itself was cosy and clean and its been designed making the best use of the space. The host was super helpful and communication was great. We hope to be back soon!

Great!

Cute little mountain hut which is a short walk to the prodains lift. The chalet was spotless when we arrived and communication with the host was easy. There isn’t masses in prodains but there is a couple of restaurants and you can get to avoriaz/ morzine easily via a short bus/ski lift which was all we needed for our stay - would definitely recommend & would love to come back.

Different fun accomodation

Great little place on the bottom ( walking distance) of the Gondola.The tiny chalet was perfect for me and my son. Fully equipped with small kitchen, satellite tv, etc. Real mountain vibe, with great view looking up to Avoriaz, and a quick drive or bus to Morzine. Just a note for tall people: My 6ft (1.80m) kid could just walk around without hitting the ceiling

The cabin is excellently located for access to walks in the mountains, Avoriaz and free regular busses to Morezine. It was also a brilliant base to watch several stages of the Tour de France. Our host welcomed us and gave us some guidelines then left us to our own decisions. Thanks

Great value, very easy and pleasant

Great location, shared transfers were very easy to this location. 5 minute walk to prodains gondola up the road which was brilliant. Two ski rental shops and cafes by the lift with in 5 mins walk. Free bus line A up and down into Morzine for food and shopping or you can bring Down from avoriaz. Host was very helpful and replied very fast. We loved the lodge cabin. Very cosy and warm with a good kitchen and equipment.

le chalet est parfaitement aménagé. Nous pouvions dormir a l'étage ou au rdc dans le canapé lit. les 2 étaient très confortable. poêle a raclette, poêle a fondue, en fait la cuisine ne manque de rien et tout pleins de condiments. Le téléphérique est juste a côté pour grimper a Avoriaz, sinon la navette , juste a côté voys amène a Morzine. Si comme nous vous n'y êtes pas pour le ski, de belles randos sont diaponibles. Un séjour parfait, dans un cadre grandiose.

L’emplacement du chalet (enfin on est plus sur une cabane aménagée) est parfait pour aller skier sur Avoriaz (6min à pied du téléphérique Prodains). En revanche niveau confort c’est limite. L’accès à la chambre via l’échelle est plus qu’acrobatique pour ne pas dire franchement « casse-gueule » (pas certain que cela soit en conformité pour une location). Le reste de l’aménagement (cuisine , salle de douche) est assez sommaire et mériterait un rafraîchissement…

Chouette chalet mais quelques désagréments

Dans sa globalité, le chalet est plutôt chaleureux, bien situé et dispose d'un jardin (commun avec le voisin) bien entretenu. Au niveau des équipements, tout était présent conformément à l'annonce.Seule la TV a eu quelques difficultés à fonctionner tout au long du séjour (par exemple aucune chaine ne fonctionnait, même après un long temps d'attente). Toutefois, nous regrettons que l'annonce n'ait pas été plus explicite concernant l'absence de wifi, car en plus de ça, le réseau mobile est quasi inexistant dans le chalet. Nous émettons également quelques réserves quant à la propreté de la douche, notamment du rideau de douche et son odeur douteuse. Aussi, le chien du voisin avec qui on partage le jardin, dont le petit enclos donnait vers le chalet nous a réveillé plusieurs fois à des heures très matinales par ses aboiements. Bien entendu, ces légers désagréments ne nous ont pas empêché de profiter de nos vacances.
