From the west facing balcony you'll be able to enjoy unforgetable sunsets and a panoramic view over Morzine valley and Hauts-Forts.

This charming apartment features :

-Entrance hall with large closet and storage space.

-Separate WC.

- Laundry room with washing machine, drying machine and a large fridge.

- Master suite with double bed, storage space and a bathroom with a bath.

- Upstairs, a children's bedroom with 2 single bunk beds + storage space.

- A large, fully renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

- An open-plan living area with fitted kitchen and lounge/dining room including a chimney.

-A balcony with breathtaking views over the Morzine valley.

-The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, TV, WIFI, a small Radio system and a DVD player (with DVDs).

You will have 100% access to the apartment.

We are present in Avoriaz and available if needed !

Ideally located in the historical neighborhood of Dromonts, Village des Enfants & Aquariaz are just 100m away. Central place is just 300m away (supermarket, shops, press, cinema & ice rink)

Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort and 100% accessible by ski.
