This magnificent 3-room apartment fully renovated, located on the 5th floor of the Les Crozats residence is composed as follows: \- Pleasant entrance with an electric shoe dryer, serving a first bedroom equipped with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190) with its storage spaces \- A shower room with a sink cabinet \- Separate WC \- An open kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, range hood and Nespresso coffee machine. \- A living room - TV / dining room with access to a south-facing balcony from where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountains and the village of Avoriaz. \- A room with a large double bed (160x200cm) with TV and balcony access \- With the apartment you also have a ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. You will have access to 100% of the apartment and the ski storage room.
