Magnificent, fully renovated one-bedroom apartment with balcony, in a quiet location at the bottom of the Avoriaz resort.

This 34 m2 apartment, located on the 5th floor of Le Pas du Lac residence, can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably, and is composed as follows:

- Entrance with cupboards
- Separated toilet
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area with table, bench and stools
- Bright and comfortable living room with two banquettes and trundle bed, with access to south-facing balcony
- Separate bedroom with double bed

You'll have access to the apartment and it's balcony.

We are available and based in Avoriaz if you need anything !

Pas du Lac is located near place Jean Vuarnet. Direct access on the slopes and center at 5min walk with public elevator.

Avoriaz is 100% ski/pedestrian resort.
