This fantastic apartment/chalet is located in "La Falaise area" on the right wing a very quiet residence : Le Neva. It's location within 200m of the underground carpark makes it really easy to access and leave on arrival and departure day. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the apartment. Very rare in Avoriaz and fully renovated, almost like a chalet : enjoy your own entrance : Entrance level : \- Entrance hall with bench and space to store your ski equipment, electrical shoe dryer. \- Adults room with double bed \- Kids room with 2x2 bunk beds \- Bathroom with shower \- Bathroom with bath, perfect to relax after a long day on the slopes \- Separated toilet \- Storage space under the stairs On the first floor : \- Large living space with fully equiped kitchen, dining table and lounge area with sofa and flat screen TV. Access to a beautiful balcony. \- Master suite with shower, double bed, storage space and washing machine. Apartment can welcome up to 8 guests.
