Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 !Located at the 9th floor of the Malinka residence, this beautiful apartment is very close to the parking and easy to ski-in/ski-out. - Entrance with a bedroom on the left (composed of 1 double). - Hallway with independant toilet- Bathroom with bathtub - In the living area you'll find a dining table, a beautiful kitchen fully equiped and a living area with a large sofa bed (160x190cm)- Beautiful views over Seraussaix from living area and access to the balcony.This nice apartement can welcome up to 4 travelers in comfortAll the appartement is at your disposalWe are available at any time if needed.Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment as well ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only.
