Charming studio apartment for 4 people, located in the old town of Avoriaz,  
  
in the very quiet Hauts Forts district.  
  
Close to the ski slopes and chairlifts.  
Cédrat Residence, on the 2nd floor  
South-facing with magnificent views of the slopes  
  
With a surface area of 23 m², it comprises:  
Alcove: with a bunk bed for 2 people  
Living area: with a sofa bed for 2 people, a television, a dining area, and access to the balcony. Kitchen: Well-equipped with refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave/grill, and dishwasher.  
Coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.  
Raclette and fondue set.  
  
Bathroom: With bathtub and toilet.  
Other: End-of-stay cleaning included - Wi-Fi.  
Residence with elevator.  
Ski locker - Ski slopes at the foot of the residence.  
Electric heating: Underfloor heating + convector heaters.  
Apartment equipped with Wi-Fi or wired internet access (low network coverage in the resort).
