Inside the spacious 150 sqm chalet, you can relax in the cosy living area, with a fireplace, Smart TV, and entertainment extras like a game console. Take a step outside onto your private terrace, with spectacular mountain views, equipped with a private jacuzzi, outdoor furniture and a barbecue ideal for long lunches and evenings under the stars. The chalet also features a garage with two private parking spots, and a ski room equipped with boot heaters, which can also be used in the summer as bicycle storage .

The La Mernaz district is a hidden gem that is coveted for its slower pace, mountain backdrop and proximity to Morzine, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, and a lively après-ski scene.
