A kitchen (hob, oven, refrigerator, micro wave, dishwasher, etc.), opening onto a living room (31m²) with a sofa, TV, bay window, and west-facing balcony.   
One bedroom (12m²) with two single bed, storage space, French windows, balcony with a lovely view of the village, east-facing.  
One bedroom (10m²) with a double bed, storage space, French windows, balcony with a lovely view of the village, east-facing.  
One bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet.  
Electric heating. Non-smoking. Pets not allowed.   
  
In addition:  
1 covered parking space in the shared garage of building B (garage door: H: 8.6 ft - W: 7 ft)  
1 cellar.  
No pets allowed. Non-smoking.   
Linen included in kit (sheets, towels, bath mats)
