Very nice Studio duplex, under renovation, arranged for 4 people  
Spacious and bright  
Residence des Melezes 1, 1st floor  
Located in the quiet district of Dromonts  
  
With an area of 35m², it consists of:  
Entrance: with storage  
Living room : large bright living room with dining area, TV, sofa and balcony access  
 Southern exposure  
Cabin: with a double bed of 140cm  
Mezzanine: with 2 single beds of 70cm - Possibility of making a double bed  
Kitchen: fully equipped with fridge, combination oven / microwave, dishwasher,  
 induction plates 2 fires. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster  
Shower room: with heated towel rail and semi-separate toilet  
Other Things : End of stay cleaning included - Duvets  
Large ski locker in the entrance of the residence  
Departure from the ski-in ski-out residence   
Non smoking apartment - Pets not allowed
