Lower ground flor souplex apartment of 83 m² on the ground floor of the residence with elevator located in the center of the resort overlooking the tourist office square 350m from the PLENEY gondola (MORZINE/LES GETS area) and 450m from the Super MORZINE gondola (AVORIAZ access). The building is currently being finished (common areas as well as the two neighboring buildings).  
It consists of:  
On the ground floor:  
\- Entrance with cupboard, washing machine,  
\- fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates) open to the living room (TV), convertible sofa (140x190) for 2 people, living room.  
\- a bedroom (9m²) with double bed (140x190), storage space, window,  
\- a bedroom (9m²) with two single beds (90x190), storage space, window  
\- a shower room with toilet, sink, towel dryer,  
\- another shower room, towel dryer,  
At level - 1:  
\- clearance with dryer,  
\- a sleeping area (6.62m²), with two single beds (90x190), small window without view,  
\- a sleeping area (7.71m²), with two single beds (90x190), storage space, small window with no view,  
\- a shower room, sink, towel dryer,  
\- independent toilet.  
In appendix:
