50m² apartment with 18m² terrace on the ground floor of a new residence (with elevator) located 1.5 km from the center and the PLENEY ski lifts (MORZINE/LESGETS area) (free shuttle stop 50 meters away), also on the AVORIAZ ski area shuttle route.  
  
It consists of:  
Entrance with storage, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, hob, open to living room (23m²) with convertible sofa (140x190), television, bay window opening onto an exhibition terrace west.  
A bedroom (10m²) with a double bed (160x190), cupboard, French window opening onto the terrace (west exposure),  
A cabin (6.65m²) without window with a bunk bed (90x190), chest of drawers,  
A bathroom with Italian shower, sink, towel dryer, toilet.  
  
In appendix:   
\- 1 ski locker,  
\- 1 cellar,  
\- 1 parking space in shared \[hidden\] 1.90m)
