KITCHENETTE opening onto living room with hatch: 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, pressure cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cupboards. LIVING ROOM: 1 double sofa bed , dining area, new flat screen TV, tiled floor, balcony of 16m² facing south-west / south-east with garden furniture
