The Ruches district is ideally located right next to the resort center and the Village des enfants, with quick access to the Arare ski area and neighboring Switzerland.  
The district owes its name to the atypical architecture of its first residences: Adagio, Allegro, Andante and Vivace.  
They are characterized by their hexagonal shapes, reminiscent of beehives. This shape was chosen to optimize available space, while creating a strong visual identity that respects mimetic architecture.  
In 2020, the Aspen residence will join the quartet of existing residences. With 5 appartments from 180 to 220m², private pool and wellness area, it offers top-of-the-range services for unforgettable vacations in Avoriaz.
