This was a little gem, great location for train station and St Ives town. The accommodation was perfect for two people, well presented, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again.

Property excellent and as described

Was little disappointed about shower water keep coming outside underneath glass, it would be ideal if you keep the sofa a little bit clean, there was only 1 toilet roll also cloth airer was hidden underneath bed we noticed that day we are leaving the property.

Great accommodation for my Wife and I and our dog. Text from the hosts letting us know when it was ready a bit earlier was a very nice touch. Very clean and tidy with all the equipment needed for our short stay. Lovely views of the area and a great location for exploring. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area rather than the impersonal stay of a hotel.

Beautiful property. Looked just like the photos. Everything needed was included. Spotlessly clean and well cared for. Perfect peaceful setting.

Good location and perfect service and exceptional clean and perfect amenities

Perfect spot for all beaches , pier , shops, cafe,

Amazing location, spotlessly clean ,brilliant facilities and views, would definitely stay again beautiful apartment

Well presented, clean and spacious. Great location for us, just close enough but far away enough to be able to avoid the town traffic when driving to and from the location. Off street parking is a major bonus as well. Would use again in the future.

Very good 👍 Exceeded my expectations 🌟

Great place and as advertised with high end fixtures and fittings. Train really easy to St Ives. All parking tight in the area. Coffee shop at the top is lovely and nice to go to Carbis Estate for a cocktail 4-6pm (2 for £20). Would recommend

The room was phenomenal, everything was provided by the host prior to our arrival and communication was clear and succinct. The cottage was clean and ready for myself and the family, and we had a great time, it was near St Ives and Carbis Bay which was a simple five minutes walk away from the cottage. The stay would have been better if the parking was clearly listed and that the WiFi signal goes to the rear bedroom as well. But other than that it was a great experience. Would highly recommend...

The most stunning house I’ve ever stayed in, everything was the absolute highest standards and so beautiful. The whole place is so calming and stunning, and well thought out. The location is perfect, only a short walk/run down to priest cove and the cape for a swim/wander. Thank you so much for the absolute perfect stay I can’t wait to come back!!!

Nice accommodation in a good position

Amazing house

Fab house very comfortable and superb location right on the beach opposite St Michael's Mount. Only negative (unless you are a trainspotter) is the adjacent railway line but trains are no more frequent than about one every 10 minutes and don't run through the night. Already planning a return visit.
