"Strange checkin process, reception is at the Hub not in the Hotel, I may have missed communication on this but a lot of walking about just to check in Car chargers need bettering, current type have no instructions and no staff (5 of them) knew how they worked or more importantly released the cable!"

"Absolutely gob-smacked when we arrived at the Barnstaple Hotel, it was fantastic and totally unexpected. Staff were lovely, ambience great and it was just so welcoming. It was a fairly last minute booking, a one night stay and I hadn't really taken much notice of reviews etc. Great regret that I hadn't packed my swim-wear as the pools looked so enticing. Our room was so comfortable, such a shame that we couldn't spend longer there. Couldn't fault the hotel at all and we will definitely make a point of returning to Barnstaple and spending a few days at the Barnstaple Hotel, it was a holiday in itself."

"We had a fabulous week in your beautiful apartment. We call this the doggos holiday as we do everything they love, spend all day and night with them while they run, walk, swim, play ball eat and sleep. Perfect location for our week, beautiful views, coastal walks and beaches. Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep in Mortehoe or venture into Woolacombe , eat at Barricane Beach, is highly recommended and Lee Bay, Grampous Inn is a must .Croyde for the Manor House. Apartment is modern, warm and comfortable, comfy beds, amazing kitchen. Dog towels and bowls provided. Katie and Graham have thought of everything and leave a lovely welcome box.
