From being welcomed after 30 hours of travel with a glass of white wine, to the friendly breakfast staff, to helping me cobble together a nourishing dinner after a relaxing spa service…the staff at this hotel truly set it apart! And the rooms! I slept with all the windows and the patio door open just gazing at the Matterhorn until I fell asleep. And the spa! Really a wonderful steam room, sauna, and pool. The only “better if” was if other people would read the rules, especially regarding children in the spa area. Specifically, regarding unattended children I felt responsible to watch to ensure their safety as well as children disturbing the peace of the spa area."
