"We loved the mountain view room, although it was pretty small. We chose the cheapest view room with a fireplace and king bed. Complaints: (1) surprise $25 a night self parking fee. Really? I thought that type of thing has been done away with at quality hotels...also there was no microwave in the room!? Very strange. There was a fridge, and coffee maker above the frig, but no microwave above the coffee maker. I would expect one to be provided at such a high end hotel."

"This is a very nice property. The location in relation to town is good, the location in regards to the ski resort is excellent. Our only difficulty was in checking in. The app said our access codes would be listed when the unit was “clean and ready”. At the 4PM check in time there were no codes. I called and was told they would send the codes. By 4:15 I was forced to call again, on that call I asked verbally for the access code. By 4:25PM after we had gained entrance to the unit I finally received a text message with an access code which was of course pointless by then. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay."
