"My guest leaves early by one day and they informed the staff more than a day before departure but the staff said they cannot handle it because their manager is not there. I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund. I actually did not ask for a refund but for a credit for the next stay, which was also rejected by their manager. NO HOSPITALITY and a ATTITUDE PROBLEM when they reply my message by a pdf email."

The room was very clean, with a kitchenette and a convenient refrigerator, and even a washing machine. I liked the bed; it was clean, fragrant, and comfortable. The room was spotless, almost dust-free, which shows how thoughtful they were. The only downside is that there's no park downstairs for a walk, but otherwise, everything was great"
