"The best thing about the hotel was the staff; they were very helpful and kind. They responded immediately to every request I had. However, there were a few issues. The safe box was not working from the first day; they replaced it, but the new one was placed on top of the old one. The electricity kept ticking every five minutes; they said it was due to an overload. There was also no hot water in the room throughout my stay."

Although the hotel is located outside of District 1, that was not a problem for me and my family as the transportation (Ride App) is very convenient and you also get to come home to a nice hotel after a long day in Central Saigon!
