I appreciated how helpful everyone was. The property was very nice and clean the only thing that was a little scary was the walk to the Earth Tower hotel at 1 in the morning alone. Other than that I was content and so was the rest of the group.

Highly disappointed with billing and staff. Inaccurate billing after selecting the option to upgrade my room and the staff’s inability to explain why. Proper expectations were not set regarding the room mini bar. I was billed just for simply touching the items in the mini bar. Upon checkout, I learned of the sensors placed on the bar items. I was given the impression that I wasn’t being honest about using/taking the items from the bar at checkout and felt that I had to convince her otherwise. It was very awkward. I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel. Also, the checkout lady was condescending when explaining the overall charges. I’m thankful I was later credited for the mini bar charges however there should have never been a charge. The inconvenience of unnecessarily billed items and the poor service received from some staff members put a damper on my trip, considering this was a birthday surprise for my husband.

The whole stay was excellent. However the room next us definitely had way to many people in it and were being extremely loud and obnoxious up until 3am. I was young once too so I didn’t make a big deal of it but it was definitely annoying

Everything was nice except one little issue. I don’t know if it was urine stains or cleaner stains that wasn’t wiped properly running down the front of the toilet. Either way I cleaned it myself and enjoyed the rest of my stay.
