"Perfect location for getting to Black Canyon of the Gunnison Nat’l pk. Loved the roaring stream. Great white noise to sleep to. We had windows open all night so not sure if too hot to do so in summer. The bed was excellent but realize it’s in the loft and head room may pose an issue. My husband and I older and we had a laugh about getting down ladder. What would have made this stay absolutely perfect would have been dish towels, salt & pepper & a lighter. We like to cook. "All the items in the yard were spread out everywhere it would be better if they were all consolidated into a cabinet-type area so that you just didn't have to walk around every little thing. There was no mirror in the yard which would be nice to have, there was a sleeper sofa but there was no bedding for the sofa which we used good thing I had something in my vehicle. Outside there was a smell of some dead animal which was not enjoyable. I will say that the lady that I had to call on the phone...
