The hot tub was nice, however it’s hard to close the doors. Most The lights in the hot tub room were also not working. Don’t even get me started on the quality of the bed and bedding. Cheap and flimsy.:."

The layout of the room is very warm and comfortable, and all facilities are complete. The landlord also thoughtfully prepared cookies, milk, coffee, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here."

"The property is very clean, comfortable and generally well equipped, with excellent TV and Fridge. There are nice little extras obviously aimed at going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The location was good for the Marina, walking to the Pier areathe cliff side walk to Rottingdean. We are both 69 and did over 20,000 steps in two days but there are regular Busses as well."
