"Beautiful hotel, perfect for a short stay in Paris! Staff are incredible. I had laundry done with Laundryheap (a Company I found online) who did not return my laundry to me before I left. The hotel has been incredibly helpful as I navigate getting my things back since the laundry service was nearly impossible to get back in touch with. Such caring and empathetic staff!!"
