We stayed here for 2 weeks. It is a small but cute apartment that made for a great home base and honestly, we were only there at night or to check in to change since the town just calls to be explored every day. The "land lady" was amazing! When she heard they lost our luggage she immediately went and got me basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.)! Plus, one day she even made us homemade strudel.... which was delicious! It is in a great location within walking distance to Old Town and to the Wharf. I highly recommend this place!

Great property location for the price!! Was conveniently located in old town and within walking distance to everything we needed including restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Because of this it was a little noisy late at night as well as it being bright in the room, but not enough to be an inconvenience. We had some issues with the check in process as well as the hot water on the first day but this was resolved quickly after. Overall a great stay in Old Town - would highly recommend!

The unit itself was EXCELLENT and the view from the balcony is AMAZING!!!
The unit had everything we needed, was extremely clean and modern.
The reason for the lower rating was the fact that there is NOTHING in the listing about the stairs you need to navigate to get to the place, there is A LOT and then you get to the building and you have to go up to the fourth floor and there is no elevator. If I knew that ahead of time I would have been much less annoyed.
To soften the blow they could mention that there is another set of stairs to the left of the building that are very convenient to use to get to Old Town and the Beach and much less of an ordeal. If you have mobility issues this place is not for you.
Please, just be upfront in your listing!
All that said, I would absolutely recommend it (but tell them about the initial stair experience) and I personally would stay here again.

Great hotel with amazing balcony views. The mattress is super comfy to sleep on, the breakfast is brought to your room, insanely customizable, and delicious! Bathrooms are a bit small, but the amazing views compensate for it!

The location was 10/10. The only issues are that you don’t contact the owner directly and an agency instead which are going to respond to you much much later. When we arrived I have to go check who the owner was luckily she was outside her house.
The location needs more cleanliness. The restroom smelled like urine very badly. I showered with slippers on and over would not stay there again unless you want something affordable and in a good location. But I just wouldn’t stay here again no way. The owner was very very nice but wow they need to redo the entire studio
