Excellent hotel within walking distance of the old town and on the bus route as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the bar and restaurant nice. Room was clean and spacious and comfortable with efficient cleaning service daily.

Only needed one night. A friend was staying here so we decided to stay here as well. This place is great. We were greeted in our room with a decent bottle of wine. We even used the pool. We had an early flight the next morning. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation to the airport for a reasonable price as well as providing us with a box breakfast to go. Great service.

It's in great location. Bus station is very close to the hotel. Old town is less than 5 minutes away by bus. Very good breakfast. The only thing that I didn't like was hair dryer.

The room was modern and spacious. The bar was good and food excellent. Good breakfast. Front of house staff not the friendliest. Outside pool great. Spa a disappointment as you had to pay for it all and book a slot. We did not see anywhere the prices and even when we went to the spa reception this was not shared. Good location, 30 min walk to old town or a 5 min local bus ride, number 4 bus. Which is included in the price of the Dubrovnik pass

Location was great for exploring Dubrovnik old town. Room was spacious. Breakfast was ok. Beds were ok but bathroom could use some upgrades. I didn't like that they only had a shampoo/body wash combo in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash are not the same thing.

Arriving at conceirge. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Anything we required throughout our stay was attended to immediately. The hotel was lovely and clean. The hotel is conveniently located along the public bus line. Old town is only about a 20 minute walk, or a quick bus ride away. The hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to family & friends!

We had a really lovely stay at Hotel Lero in Dubrovnik! The location was so convenient, with a bus stop right outside the hotel which was only 4 stops into Dubrovnik Old Town. It was super quick and easy, and meant we didn’t have to worry about driving or parking in the centre. The free parking on site was also a huge bonus for us as we were travelling by car, and the pool was lovely too. We had the buffet breakfast and dinner included, and both were really good. At first we thought the choice looked a little small, but everything we tried was really tasty and well cooked, so we quickly realised that quality definitely made up for the number of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a really comfortable and convenient place to stay for exploring Dubrovnik. We’d happily stay here again! ❤️
