The AC goes off and doesn't turn on. The internet is really slow and gets disconnected all the time. I never experienced an internet this slow. And very noisy

Staff was unfriendly & I had fam stay in to enjoy the reservation(breakfast) but the staff told me if i was using the airport shuttle i had to do checkout since i was leaving. I said check-out is at 11 my fam can stay till then. I was so unhappy & embarrassed about that.

Constant noise from highway. Check in staff indifferent at best to your arrival. Added fees at time of checkout which were not divulged upon making reservation. Breakfast was plain eggs and sugary drinks. Very disappointing given the apparent high reviews!

The first room I got was made to look like it was cleaned, but it wasn’t. There were hairs in the made bed and sofa bed, there was also a big stain under the comforter and what looked like she crust on the bed. The floor wasn’t vacuumed there were pieces of wrappers on the floor and other larger pieces of dirt. The showers looked grimy and the sofa bed didn’t have any covers in the room. The staff was nice and friendly, but I would not stay here again.

Sheets and bedding were dirty. They did not refill soap or replace coffee for the second day. From 5 feet away everything looked great but as you really Looked it was quite dirty. Not a clean freak but bedding has to be clean and fresh.

The attention from all the staff was great! We had a small issue with our AC and it was addressed in speed light. The food was good in the hotel restaurant. The condition of the hotel is very good and all was very clean. We also used the shuttle service to the airport and it was on time and the driver was very helpful. Price was competitive to same level hotels in the area. This area is busy and industrial so there is a lot of outside noise from trucks and vehicles, expect quiet time after 10PM. Overall It is a place that definitely would stay again but I will request a room in the back not facing the highway.

The property has nice rooms, it’s very close to the airport. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and polite and their shuttle service was very convenient.

Nice Transit Hotel Close to MTY Airport
All was good for the price paid. However my complaint about this hotel is the very noisy AC/heating unit. It wakes me up everytime it kicks in. But the service and its location relative to the MTY airport is second to none. Shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes and is very convenient. Breakfast was included and was acceptable.
