The most wonderful and friendly hosts, the house is in a beautiful setting and we would have stayed a little longer but were compromised by the Giro d Italia passing through.

Wow what a place ! Amazing venue very clean and the staff are so helpful. Very quirky having to take 4 elevators to your room but all part of the charm. Room was spacious, clean and had everything needed, breakfast had a great selection with hot croissants. Definitely recommend

Wonderful stay for one night at the 3T Boutique hotel with my partner. The hotel feels very new and clean. The welcome was warm and efficient, and we were offered glasses of Italian white sparkling wine, which was lovely! We parked in the Lidl just opposite the hotel and it was no problem. Breakfast was very nice and easy, and they serve fresh pastries and cake. We would defibitely come back here!

I can't think of a single fault-everything was great, really.I liked the structure of the room,where you go a few steps down to the bathroom.Breakfast was delicious and plentiful,with local produce.You have good choice of fruit/herbal teas and coffee in the room,bottles of water provided in the fridge too.

Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The shuttle service from the train station was so helpful when we arrived (messaged beforehand). We also loved the breakfast and sauna.

We really enjoined our stay at this property. The personnel is very nice, rooms very clean and conformable and breakfast is great. Just 7 minutes walk to Matterhorn-Express, the hotel is very central but quiet at the same time.

A high end hotel with space to spread out in the public areas but also many good size rooms with balconies if you want privacy. You sometimes need to search out staff with questions or to get help but once you do then nothing is too much trouble. Location is excellent next to the Matterhorn Express and 5-10 minutes walk to the Sunnega Funicular (or you can catch the free shuttle bus if you have a lift pass). Breakfast is very good and there are complementary sweet and savoury snacks laid on...

This hotel was everything I dreamed. The rooms were stunning, beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, amazing view of the Matterhorn from our balcony on the second floor. Breakfast and our evening meal in the restaurant were both lovely, with a wide choice for breakfast options. We enjoyed some time in the indoor pool and spa. Everything from the shower to the crackling fireplace on the TV screensaver was just perfection and it helped make our trip to Zermatt even more magical and...
