  • This quaint Craftsman Style House/ Cottage sits in an older neighborhood in South Salinas. The bedroom/living space has access to a walk in closet with dresser. The spacious kitchen/dining area also has access to the patio flower garden where you can listen to birds chirping while you have your morning coffee or tea. The bathroom vanity area is separate from the shower stall/toilet space with 2 steps.
    The Cottage sits in a secure fully fenced yard and entry to the property is through the patio gate. There is a friendly pet cat on the property.
