The landscape was beautiful! There was an ambiance of tranquility especially during sunrise and sunset. There was abundance of seating areas around the property. My only disappointment was the beach area. I am a beach person so I would not revisit until that is taken care of.

The staff here was by far the best I have ever encountered. Everyone was not just friendly but they made a point to get to know you and to treat you as though you were truly an old friend they haven’t seen in a long time. The resort itself is still in recovery from the Hurricane but you wouldn’t know it unless you really looked close. We will definitely be back.

I wish I chose the ocean view room. Other than that my stay was great. Staff friendly and helpful. If you have time and are into it, take the sunrise or sunset yoga activity. Very relaxing.

The staff were the absolute best part of this trip! Travis with guest experience was the absolute best, but I have to say they were all great and amazing. I would come back for that reason. I wish there were more restaurants and bars open but I know it will get better in the future as I just went when they just opened. I would definitely go back. Resort just opened on April 1 and half of the resort is not opened (planned for December). Expedia advertised as all available. Dispite that I had lovely time. They had limited numbers of guests which meant no big crowds at the restaurants and buffet. Rooms, pools, and beaches were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Food wasn't amazing but it was ok. There are still repairs going on and there were some issues with roof leaking in one of the restaurants, but all was fixed quickly.

Our check-in was supposed to start at 3pm but one of our rooms was not ready until 10pm. We had 2 rooms.The staff were rude and wasn't provide to provide the two rooms close to each other. Most of the restaurants were closed due to construction. The reservation app for the a la carte did not work. We had to eat dinner at the same restaurant for two nights. The beach is very small.

Only half of the resort was open, and the Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work throughout our stay. The rooms weren’t cleaned well; there were stains on the pillowcases, and the pull-out couch still had a used alcohol bottle inside. One of the drawers even had hair inside. At one point, a housekeeper came into our room while we were on the balcony to ask if it needed cleaning. The restaurants weren’t the best either; the food was good, but it always ran out.

The property is not fully open post hurricane. Many of the amenities are not available, which was not disclosed. For example, the family side is not available which means certain amenities which are located on the family side is also not available. They are still recovering. I recently stayed at Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica, and it was honestly an incredible experience—definitely a 5/5 stay. The entire staff was amazing, truly 10/10, always friendly, attentive, and creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The vibes around the resort are great, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the food—the buffet was unbelievable, with a wide variety of options and great chefs preparing everything fresh. The drinks were also excellent, and overall the quality of food and beverages exceeded expectations. There were always fun activities going on around the resort, which kept the experience enjoyable throughout the day. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better. Expanding the restaurant menus with more variety would be a great addition. Adding a nightclub or more nighttime entertainment options would elevate the nightlife, and extending bar hours a bit later (maybe until 2 a.m.) would be appreciated. Also, having more tour options available—or better availability—would help guests who want to explore more, as choices felt a bit limited at times. Overall, an amazing all-inclusive resort with great energy, excellent service, and top-tier food and drinks. I would definitely come back.
