This stunning 1-bedroom holiday home in Monte Santa Maria Tiberina comes with a swimming pool and a roofed terrace. The holiday home is perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway or 2 friends on an exotic vacation.

The holiday home offers a magnificent view across the Tiber Valley. Staying here, you can easily reach Arezzo at 50 km and Perugia at 55 km. Prefer something a bit more sporty? Plenty of opportunities to go for walks, cycle rides, and even go horse riding. If you don't feel like cooking, the restaurant are close by. Supermarkets for groceries are at 2.5 km.

In the holiday home, the original ceiling and fireplaces were kept intact. After having an active day, you can catch your breath in the garden or linger on the balcony with a lovely glass of wine. There is play equipment for the children and a swimming pool with a stunning view to enjoy the holiday. Table football and table tennis are present for recreation. You can also enjoy cozy barbecues on the terrace.

Note: Any check-in taking place late (after 10 pm), there should be an extra charge. Regarding the restaurant, a reservation is necessary for us (usually by 12 pm): this could also be done via email or SMS, especially on Saturdays when we have apartment turnovers.
