Fantastic location.we had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake .Five minute walk to the town.Hotel staff were excellent. The only downside is that we could not access the WiFi in the lower rooms.

We stayed over at the hotel between the 4th January to the 7th January 2016 as a small getaway to start the New Year with. As we arrived in Rome we decided against paying the flat taxi rate of €30 to get to the hotel and instead got a bus to Campiano train station and then a train into Capannelle. It saved us €25 euro and it was an experience in itself as we saw a bit of outer Rome. On the day we arrived check in was easy and efficient and the gentleman who checked us in gave us all the help we...

Hotel was very clean and bright. Staff were always very helpful, polite and approachable. Nice breakfast, with plenty of choice. Stayed for six nights and always got a table straight away at breakfast time. The hotel is quite far out of Rome City Centre , however, a ten minute walk took us to the tram stop which took 40 minutes to get to Termini Station. The hotel provides a shuttle service for 2 Euros per person to the train station which gets you to Termini station in less than 20 minutes...

Breakfast was great, service was friendly and attentive, very good food in the restaurant, excellent transfer service in an otherwise difficult to access location without a car.

Excellent rooms and facilities. Great selection breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the restaurant service was very poor and mistakes made to order, slow to bring drinks and food to table. I would recommend going into Rome City for food instead. Otherwise great place to stay, great facilities.

Great area for food lovers. We walked everywhere great restaurants. Hotel very good, clean large bedroom quiet at night outside. Fab shower and toileteries. Staff very helpful and friendly. Slow checkin but no fault of the one receptionist who was trying to answer calls, compensated for the wait! Rooftop bar brill but too cold on our visit. Bars within a couple of minutes walk. Much of this area seemed to be over run with graffiti which does make it look a little run down, but it’s the same...

I booked the solo room as a base to explore the city and was expecting a basic room but was pleasantly surprised by the size and also the attention to detail int he decor. It was a beautiful room and very comfortable. I was visiting in August when a lot is closed and also got great recommendations from the staff. I would 100% recommend this hotel as a base for your Roman holiday

Solo traveller, I stayed in a single room, it had everything I needed fo my stay. It was cleaned everyday. Great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is pastry and bread left outside of your door in the morning . There is a fridge with yoghurt and juice and butter which is replaced everyday. It's in an ideal location for all of Rome's famous attractions and and transport links. It is typical Italian style accommodation. I had a great stay here and would definitely return.

I booked this hotel purely for the location when we got back from a cruise and needed somewhere to stay near to Fiumicino airport for a flight the next morning, whilst still being able to get into Rome for a wander and a meal. We had paid very little for the night and we had no real expectations of comfort or facilities. This was a definite 'just somewhere to sleep for the night'.

Absolutely fantastic location. Walking distance to every thing you'd possibly want to see but also great for bus and train routes should you prefer.
The staff couldn't do enough for us, very friendly and helpful and made our stay wonderful.
Would 100% return to this hotel and recommend.

Excellent, modern, great location near to Circus Maximus and metro. Easy walk to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Busy piazza not too far just through Jewish Quarter with numerous restaurants
