"The room was decent and didn't have that many complaints. However, there were a ton of cracks in the walls and the ceiling. The air conditioning was very inconsistent. There aren't many amenities that you would normally get at a Crowne Plaza, so this one was significantly worse than other properties for sure."

"The cleanliness of the room was just okay. Upon arrival, it was immediately noticeable that the room had been cleaned quickly with little attention to detail. There was hair left in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping came daily, but the quality and consistency of the cleaning varied a lot. Some days our towels would be replaced, but we’d receive different types of towels each day and were sometimes missing washcloths entirely. Some days the bed would be made, and other days it wouldn’t. Our used glassware was never replaced during the stay either. The staff were friendly enough and helpful with navigating the bus routes. There was one employee in particular, who I believe was a manager, that was especially helpful and kind. Overall, I would rate my stay 3 out of 5 stars."
